Number of questions: 7I have the microwave that also has a convection. The model number is KOCE500ESS20. If I use the convection, do I take out the microwave turntable (seen in photo) or leave it in? Thank you.
My microwave does not make popcorn, I type "popcorn" and the time is not enough, even if I set it to 4 minutes it only pops half of a mini bag, to heat a cup of water it takes 2:30 minutes, also when baking cookies in the oven which should take 16 minutes I have to give it more than 30 minutes, I think I don't know how to use it, it is new. When I am baking, the bottom fan keeps spinning, I don't know if this is normal.
The turn table only works in my unit when I press the on/off button. Can I troubleshoot or does the unit need repair?
I have a KitchenAid built-in oven unit that has a microwave on top and a wall oven with convection option on the bottom. Installed in August 2020. How long will the oven retain heat after being turned off? Several recipes require it to slowly cool to a new temperature or cool over hours to room temperature, but it seems like a fan turns on as soon as I turn the oven off or lower the temperature.
I don't know what to do as it is programmed for two seconds in any function, it turns on for two seconds and then turns off.
Can I bake a vegetable casserole in white sauce at convection bake in microwave and at what temperature? Thank you
