DETAILED SETUP
1. Make sure the keyboard is turned on.
The number 1 LED on the keyboard should blink quickly.
NOTE: If the LED is not blinking quickly, perform a long press (three seconds).
2. Choose how you want to connect:
• Use the included wireless receiver.
Plug the receiver into a USB port on your computer.
• Connect directly via Bluetooth.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer to complete the pairing.

3. Install Logitech Options Software.

Is there a "Prnt Screen" or "Pause/Break" Equivalent for PC on MX Keys.
Yes there is a dedicated "Print Screen" button but unfortunately no "pause/break". (All keys on the top row except escape and the three easy switch keys can be configured individually in the Logi Options+ application though)

I am having a recurring problem with my logi MX keys. I have to use the usb charger on it all the time and even with that it appears to lag. The battery does not hold charge
my keyboard is out of charge even though I have kept it plugged in. It wont recharge and wont work when plugged in.
