There is no dial option to increase or decrease temperature or timer
PLEASE be so kind and send us an operating manual for this specific model , it is really frustrating if you buy something and only three digits shows up , nobody knows how to operate the thing .

I was gifted a SILVER Crest air fryer model S-18. There was NO instruction book or website link to a user manual. Thus I am unable to get the Fryer to work. When I switch it on the digital menu comes on. But when I press the TIMER icon and then the CHIPS icon nothing happens. I have even tried to adjust the temperature and timer but still the Fryer does not start. The fan and the heating element do nothing. This the air fryer is useless. Could you please email the manual or link to me or suggest that the machine is faulty and needs to be replaced. Many thanks Iyan Kirschner

Why are electrical goods not suplied with a user / safety manual. I will not be able to recomend this product to anybody. I regard the situation as being hazardous to everybody in our household. Is this a genuine factory product or a black market product
