The washing label of your garment shows the recommended washing temperature.
It is not necessary to use an anti-scaling agent. Scale deposits can be prevented by limiting washing at high temperatures and using the recommended amount of detergent per wash.
Unpleasant odours can be avoided by occasionally washing at 60 degrees and using the recommended amount of detergent per wash.
Please ensure that the power cord is properly connected to a functioning electrical outlet, and that the machine's door is securely closed. Also, check if the start button has been pressed.
This could be due to an unbalanced load. Make sure to distribute the clothes evenly inside the drum. Additionally, ensure that the leveling feet of the machine are properly adjusted to minimize vibrations.
Please check if the {Spin Speed} setting is configured correctly. Higher spin speeds extract more water from the clothes. Also, make sure that the drain hose is not obstructed, allowing proper water drainage.
Please check if the detergent compartment is properly loaded and if the correct detergent type is being used. Also, ensure that the dispenser drawer is clean and not clogged, as this may hinder proper dispensing.
Examine the hoses connected to the washing machine to ensure they are tightly secured. If leaks persist, check if the hose connections are damaged or if any seals need replacement.

To fix the issue with the "loc" message and the picture of a key on your Whirlpool WFW560CHW washer, follow these steps: 1. Touch and hold the Start/Pause button for 3 seconds to start a cycle. 2. If the cycle is already in progress, touch the Start/Pause button once to pause it. 3. The washer will chime when starting, the drum will make a partial turn, and the door will click when it locks. 4. Allow the washer to spin to sense the load size, and water will be added based on the load size. 5. The Estimated Time Remaining display will show the time required for the cycle to complete.
This answer is automatically generatedHello. I was running a cycle in my washer and the machine was thumping quite a bit. The load is small (not oversize) and I noticed sometime later (30 min) into the cycle that there was water leaking all over the floor. We couldn’t stop the machine and I had to pull the plug to stop the machine from going on through the cyle . The line in from water supply was dry at all the fittings and the drain hose at the fitting and into the drain was dry. How do I check for a leak/ fix the leak? Or is the washer just going into a safety mode to purge the water ? I need help it’s brand new and we have been in the new home (first owner) for only about 9 months

Based on the information provided, here are some possible causes and solutions for a water leak in your Whirlpool WFW560CHW washing machine: 1. Not using HE detergent or using too much HE detergent: Only use HE detergent as regular detergents can cause leaking. Always measure the detergent and follow the manufacturer's directions based on your load requirements. 2. Using thickened, easy-pour, or no-splash bleach when running the Clean Washer with affresh® cycle: Use affresh® tablet or regular, non-thickened chlorine bleach when running the Clean Washer with affresh® cycle. 3. Residue on the door window: Periodically clean the underside of the window to avoid potential leaks. 4. Door opened during "Add Garment": Water can drip off the inside of the door when the door is opened after the start of a cycle. 5. Hair, lint, or other debris on the inner door window preventing proper seal with the rubber door seal: Clean the inner door window and seal. Please note that these troubleshooting steps are provided as general suggestions. If the issue persists, it is recommended to seek further assistance.
